How to send a full size file from your computer:

Not all computers have the same software.  If you are using a PC out of the box, this approach should work for you.

1. Open widows explorer or your picture software and find the picture you want to send to us.
2. Move your cursor (the arrow) on top of the name of the picture and right click your mouse.
3. Move the arrow down to "Send To" and left click on it.
4. Move over to the new window and left click on "Mail Recipient".
5. A window will open.  Make sure you click on the little circle that says "Keep the Original Sizes".  This sends the whole picture without taking away any of the picture quality.
6. Your mail program will start up and all you have to do is put in   lou@grandkids-puzzles.com

That's all it takes!

Your program may be a little different, but the idea is the same.  If you are in a program that shows the whole picture, you may have to start with the "File" menu, then choose "Send" and find an option that says something like "To mail recipient as attachment." Again, make sure not to choose any option that makes the file smaller.
